Another Sneak Preview

A little follow-up on my "Stopping the Time" entry (actually I stopped stopping the time on the last few steps, as I did reach a rough and realistic estimate).

Many small hints in the picture, the proficient observer will easily find out what it is. Maybe a little too easy, but I did my best to conceil things for this little enigma ;)
